Rajendra Pawar, titan of industry based out of Pennsylvania, USA, has been the founder of multiple successful companies in the utility infrastructure space and metals industry. His remarkable success in business dates back to 1988 when he founded Summit Utility Structures which later launched several other companies and impactful acquisitions to strengthen utility, transportation and telecommunications sectors globally.
Rajendra Pawar, his wife Maina Pawar, their children Maya Solanki Polack and Pierre-Olivier Polack, and grandchildren Sebastien Aditya Polack, Kira Satya Pawar, Quentin Narayan Polack, and Chandani Margaux Polack became the largest benefactors of the Hoshiari Devi Girls Intercollege in December 2022 when they made the single largest donation of $250,000 to be used to advance the education mission of the Intercollege, with no limitations on disbursement or utility.
The Pawars have worked closely with the founders to advise on creation of a vocational program that will equip the students with marketable technical skills to augment the education imperative. The creation of a Rural Skill Development Centre in Rathora adjacent to the grounds of the Intercollege will ensure that students are immediately employable, creating a lasting impact on the students and the community.
